I recently created a Google+ Local Page for a landscaping contractor [ Example Here ] The company now ranks on the first page of Google for the search query “landscaper.”
Keep in mind this is based on a Geo-located search.
As you can see from the image above, Google’s search results favor +Local Pages whenever a professional service based query is performed.

Your Google+ Local Page is your most important local directory because Google holds 89% market share in all Mobile and Tablet Searches.
A quick tip:
Take the time to ensure that you are listing your company address consistently throughout the web. You should be using the exact format that Google+ Local provides for you. (see below). Avoid varying your punctuations. Every time a bot crawls your address on the Internet it should read the same.

Below I break down my personal method for spinning content. Feel free to copy my tactics.
A Little History On Spinning Content
Back in the day..in internet years that was 2010. I would actually spin articles without even reading the articles at all.
It’s true.
I would take one article and turn it into 200 variations which would allow me to set it up on “auto-post” to a blog for more than a year+ I would never even visit the site, I would just check its rankings and build more links if my rankings fell.
Google would reward me with high rankings in the search engines because they saw new content being added consistently, something that still holds true today but with quality data only.
For those of you thinking, “why would anyone trust a site like that?”
I would hide the spun content under a sales image or a sales video driving tons of traffic to my campaigns!
You might be able to see why all the die-hard Internet bloggers out there, would give the term “spinning content” a negative vibe.
but the truth is..
Spinning content is a method that should be leveraged to the best of its abilities, especially for the amount of time required to sustain a marketing campaign.
The following are the steps I take when writing an article for the web.
- Write one single 800+ word quality article about my subject keyword.
- Break that article down into 2-5 subtopics 200-300 word articles each.
- Spin the 200-300 words articles about 3 times each with a high quality spins (actually take the time and select proper synonyms and use spinning techniques)
- You now have yourself over 10 supporting quality articles that you can distribute freely online. I am not going to get into where I distribute my articles in this post leave a comment if you would like to know.
